Privacy policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Silver Sea Enterprise LLC, doing business as Silver Sea AI & Automation (“Silver Sea,” “we,” “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This statement explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, the choices you have, and how we safeguard it.
Personal data we collect
We collect data through your interactions with our website, silversea-ai.com (the “Website”), and through your use of our products and services. This may include:
- Information you provide directly: name, contact information, payment details, and anything else you submit through forms, scheduling links, or email.
- Information collected automatically: device information (IP address, browser type), usage data (pages visited, time on page), and general location based on IP address.
How we use your personal data
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services: responding to inquiries, scheduling and delivering engagements, and improving the Website.
- Communicate with you: replies to your requests and information you have asked for. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
- Analyze usage: understanding how the Website and our services are used so we can improve them.
- Comply with legal obligations: meeting legal requirements and protecting our rights and interests.
Sharing your personal data
We may share personal data with:
- Service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, scheduling, analytics), under contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Business partners where we jointly deliver a service, limited to the data needed for that work.
- Other parties when required or permitted by law, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the rights of others, or public safety.
We do not sell personal data.
Client data in engagements
When we work inside your firm's systems (for example, CCH Axcess, Karbon, Practice CS, or your Microsoft tenant), that access is governed by our engagement agreement and a non-disclosure agreement. For dashboard products, your data stays in your own Microsoft tenant; nothing is transmitted to Silver Sea-controlled servers by default. See the Dashboard 4 CPA terms for the product-specific policy.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: review and update your personal information by contacting us.
- Opt out: unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in the message or by contacting us.
- Object to processing: in certain situations you can object to how we process your data, and request deletion or portability where applicable law provides for it.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
International data transfers
We may process personal data in countries outside your jurisdiction. Where we do, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection under applicable data protection laws.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Data breach notification
If a data breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant authorities without undue delay.
Cookies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic and understand how the site is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Visitors from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein are asked for consent first. Google Analytics and the Meta and LinkedIn measurement tags load only if you accept, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page.
